Our services include the development of business and strategic plans which outline the scope and potential course of business overseas, along with the corresponding issues which need to be considered and addressed prior to market entry - and evaluation of the suitability of products or services for target markets. These plans, depending on the scope, typically include a financial overview and impact of the expected activity.  The development of these financial schedules provides management with a more robust understanding of what may be encountered when moving offshore, and allows for a more thorough understanding of the viability and potential success of that activity. 

We also lead in-bound and outbound trade missions for government agencies and non-profit entities. Our missions are unique because of the caliber of program we put together. A typical mission might include pre-visit video conferencing on cultural and business practices so companies can prepare their marketing material to reflect local and industry practices. Upon arrival in country, there are several types of meetings which can be scheduled, including introductions to area service providers who can address important concepts associated with opening an overseas business: immigration, taxes, incorporation, etc. There are also panel discussions/presentations from industry experts which address the state of the targeted industry, areas of concern or opportunity, as well as networking receptions with regional businesses within the specific sector. Finally, we are able to assist in setting up one-on-one meetings with targeted firms or potential business partners.
